Book this hotel to stay and watch The blackpink concert. Hotel was unable to give room at 3pm. Have our room at 4:30pm got upgraded to suite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff are friendly and helpful in the hotel. Great location easy to get to Wembley stadium and Westfield shopping centre just 10mins walk.

房間預訂和拿房不一致，由於時間很晚到所以不想和前台去糾纏此事。衞生條件極差，早上發現沒有衞生紙電話聯繫要求送到，打電話督促六次時間好室友1個小時才遲遲送了。每天服務這樣，房間都不敢叫收拾所以房間沒有清理。這樣的酒店也是難以置信。

感覺整間房間根本沒有準備好~ 首先發現浴室的洗手架爛掉，整個殘骸就這樣放著。再來是洗澡的位置只放了洗髮精，沒有沖涼液。最後是我們發現沒有風筒，以為是要去前台租借，後來前台說每個房間也有配置，但我們房也是一開始就沒有。最後前台人員有給我們送回風筒。 但是真的感覺酒店完全沒有把房間準備好就配給客人。

A member of staff entered my room at 1am without knocking or any prior notice. When I spoke to the front desk about this they said they would contact their security team but at no point did they apologise for this.

Die Lage ist gut und die Subway in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.  Service war insgesamt gut, wenn man bedenkt, wie viele Reisende dort täglich übernachten.  Die Standardzimmer ohne Aussenfenster und die Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung für eine Nacht.

Has difficulty with the rooms from some damp, upgraded to their suites next door the Dao which is way better and much more comfortable. I prefer the Dao more than Dorset.

The most bizarre experience I had was waking up in a room that smelled of cheap perfume as if someone visited late at night, while I was asleep overnight. I bought a sandwich at the M&S petrol station nearby and got drowsy and sleepy after eating that sandwich. I woke up in a room filled with cheap perfume and got a very bad back pain after using their towels. I do suspect someone used their masterkey to enter my room while I was fast asleep after consuming that drowsy sandwich I got from the M&S petrol station store on Shephard's Bush Grn. The hotel staff didn't take my allegations seriously and dismissed them as nonsensical. I left completely confused and with a horrible back pain.
